What is permanent jewelry?

Permanent jewelry is custom-fit jewelry that’s welded together instead of using a clasp. It’s lightweight, comfortable, and designed for everyday wear.

Does it hurt?

Not at all! The welding tool never touches your skin. It’s a quick, safe spark that bonds the jump ring closed.

How long does permanent jewelry last?

With normal wear, it can last months to years. Its longevity depends on your lifestyle, activities, and the type of chain you choose.

What if my jewelry breaks?

If your jump ring breaks, we offer one free re-weld. (Chains are not included in this offer.) Accidents happen, but most breaks occur if the chain gets pulled too hard.

Can I remove my permanent jewelry?

Yes! Simply cut the small jump ring with scissors. You can bring it back to us for a re-weld if the chain is still in good condition.

Is permanent jewelry safe for kids?

Yes, for ages 10 and up. Younger children may be approved on a case-by-case basis with a parent/guardian present.

Can I get permanent jewelry if I have sensitive skin?

Absolutely. We use high-quality gold-filled and sterling silver chains that are skin-friendly and great for everyday wear.

What happens during an appointment?

You’ll choose your chain, get fitted for your perfect size, and watch as it’s carefully welded for a seamless finish. The whole process usually takes 10–20 minutes.

Can I wear permanent jewelry through airport security?

Yes! TSA does not require jewelry removal, so you’re good to go.

Can I swim, shower, or exercise in permanent jewelry?

Yes — it’s designed for everyday life. However, frequent exposure to chemicals (pools, hot tubs, lotions, perfumes) may affect the appearance over time, especially for sterling silver.

Do you take walk-ins?

Most sessions are by appointment to ensure a personalized experience, but we may accept walk-ins during events or pop-ups. Check our schedule for availability.

Do you travel for events or parties?

Yes! We offer private appointments, parties, pop-ups, and special events. Visit our Events page or contact us to book your date.
